Mr. Jaggers was born on February 20, 1928 to DeWitt and Edna Jaggers in Grapevine, Arkansas.
Howell spent his early working career as a jeweler in Morrilton, Arkansas after serving in the Marine Corps. In 1962 he and his wife moved to Dallas, Texas where he worked as an electrical and mechanical assembly supervisor at Texas Instruments until he retired.
Mr. Jaggers lived 57 years in Texas, after he and his wife Jean moved from Morrilton, Arkansas in 1962. He and his wife enjoyed traveling and dancing.
He is survived by sons David Jaggers and wife Leanne, Conroe, Texas and Bruce Jaggers and wife Denise, Lubbock, Texas; grandchildren Blake Jaggers and wife Emily, Amanda Cutler, Alison Krueger and husband Keath; great grandchildren Miranda McPhail, Caroline Cutler, Keali Krueger, Austin Krueger, Bennett Jaggers and Brooks Jaggers.
