Graveside services for Katherine Jane Edgmon, age 96, of Conroe will be held on Saturday, September 18, 2010 at 10 a.m. in Garden Park Cemetery’s Chapel in the Park Mausoleum with Dr. Cliff Herrington officiating. Katherine was born June 25, 1914 in Union County, Arkansas and passed away on September 14, 2010 in Conroe, Texas. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Conroe. She is survived by her sons, Steven Russell Edgmon and wife Jo Anne and John William Edgmon and wife Nancy, all of Conroe; daughter, Rebecca Edgmon Allen and husband Jean Paul Allen of San Antonio; and brother, Tom Helms of Carthage. Pallbearers will be her grandchildren, Kathy Ann Edgmon, Sharon Edgmon Ray, James Russell Edgmon, Brandi Kay Edgmon, John Wayne Edgmon, Rebecca Jean Allen, Elizabeth Jane Allen, Peter Russell Edgmon and John Mark Edgmon.
