Linda was my first Girlfriend & my first kiss  & I was her First. We met in 4th Grade @ Fannin Elem. in Houston, Tx. Over 55 years of knowing & Loving this Sweet Lady! We both kept up with each over the Years. We shared many things, including the loss of our Sons. We always talked about that "One Sweet Day'' when we WOULD see our Boys. And she beat me there! Its such a Bitter Sweet thought that she is Gone. And left before me. She meant the WORLD to me. I will miss her so much! Rest in Peace Sweetheart...You ARE HOME Safe & Sound. Linda was a very special person who not only was my co-worker, she was a very close dear friend who would give you the shirt off her back if it would make you forget your troubles and bring a smile to your face!  The world has lost a beautiful unique soul whom i will miss greatly!  I love ya gurl!!

You were the kindest and sweetest lady I ever met in my life! I saw you often when I worked male booking and property and you were always bubbly and so kind to people. 

While I am sad to see you leave, I look forward to the time we can reminisce about the old days at the sheriffs office!

Aunt Linda was an amazing woman who was so easy to talk to. I loved the time we would spend together. She always had great stories and we would laugh so much together. I miss her smiles and sweet assurances that no matter what I was going through it was going to be ok. She was my biggest cheerleader and always told me how proud she was of me. I love her so much and will miss her always.

Linda has been my best friend since 5th grade at Fannin Elementary. Over 50 years, we've never lost touch. We shared so much, like when her uh grandfather let her drive me home in sixth grade. Life will definitely be changed,  I cant believe I can't pick up the phone and call you. I will miss you but a while see you soon.
