Lucille Tucker

Lucille Wright Tucker, 89 of Willis, Texas went home peacefully to be with her Lord and Savior on May 6, 2017. She was preceded in death by her parents Leona and Albert Wright, son “Little Albert”, brothers Leon Wright, Doyle Wright, Elmer Roy Wright, sisters, Zoie Pannel and Wilma Roberts. She is survived by her Children Amanda Fletcher and husband Ricky, son, Robert Tucker, grandchildren, Leon Tucker and Christy Hames, great grandchildren, Ryan and Reece Hames, sisters, Lois Bilski and Madeline Barker, many nieces and nephews, and a host of friends. Lucille (Ceil) was a devoted mother who treasured her children, grandchildren and family. She retired from Foleys and worked for Southwestern Bell. She loved people and was known for her spirit of love and hospitality. You were not going to come into her home without being offered a hug, kiss and something to eat. She was a Dale Ernhart fan and enjoyed her family and friends, her “little house”, traveling, and God’s outdoor beauty. She was ready to go anywhere anytime. Cancer had no victory over her because she was ready to “meet her Lord”. As she would say, “I love you dearly”. Visitation will be Tuesday, May 9, 2017, from 5:00pm to 8:00pm at Cashner Funeral Home in Conroe, Texas. The funeral service will be Wednesday, May 10, 2017, beginning at 10:00am with interment to follow in Bennett Cemetery in Groveton,Texas.
