May God bless you and keep you in his care, now and in the days to come. It is so apparent what a special place she had in the lives of so many people. Praying for you, particularly at this sad time. My sincere condolences for you and your family and to all who were touched by her kindness. While I did not know her, I know you and I could always hear the love in your voice when you mentioned your wife. God be with you now and as you go forward.

Growing up, Mandy was the coolest mom I knew. I have no doubt that the she was also the coolest grandmother. She drove a T top Datsun, took care of me the night my sister was born...and to she taught me to eat peanut butter on my pancakes. She will be missed.

What a huge loss for this world and great gain for the Kingdom of Heaven.  Mandy will be missed by so many.  She was a lovely person and a great sister to my neighbor, Monte.  I send my thoughts and prayers to the entire family.

I taught fifth grade Sunday School with Mandy at FBC.  She was the sweetest friend who always made me laugh.  I had recently reconnected with her over Facebook, and I thank God we had a chance to visit once again before she went to be home with Jesus.   She was certainly as beautiful on the inside as she was on the outside.

*May God comfort the hearts of all who love Mandy and fill the empty space that has been left behind with His love and many sweet memories of her*

My beautiful aunt Mandy went to Heaven to be with our Savior, after a valiant fight with an aggressive cancer.  She was an optimistic person, gentle and sweet- and hilariously funny !!! 

She always told stories about my Mom, my other aunt's Deekie and Monte, and my Grandparents. She kept Muvvie and Big Daddy's memory alive - long after they were gone. She remembered everything about their lives growing up and never left out any details about the McBrides and their adventures.

Mandy was generous and kind and was always there for me. She came to Mexico to help me decorate when I moved in to my new apartment and was there to help landscape when I moved back to Fort Worth. She had mad skills in the garden and was very creative with a decorator's touch. She was gorgeous on the outside which perfectly matched her soul.

My aunt was naturally funny and knew how to make everyone laugh. She was the "life of the party" at our family gatherings and all of the kids seemed to gravitate towards her...She is a huge inspiration to be the best aunt possible to my niece and nephew. I could always count on her and in total confidence would go to her with everything from a skinned knee to a broken heart. She would listen, comfort me and always find a way to lift my spirits! 

It is a privilege and blessing to be her niece and I am grateful for the time that I had with her. I love her so much and I'm really going to miss her.

Jerrell.   So sorry to hear you've lost your beautiful Mandy.  You can be encouraged in knowing She just got a promotion to the Kingdom of Heaven!  One fine day in His time you will be reunited.   Fan and friend Chris in Tennessee.

I always loved seeing Mrs. Holloway walking or driving down the street I grew up on. She was always smiling and cheerful and as a young child that brought me happiness. She was sincere and always ready to give. We will see her in time and she will probably be walking and smiling.

Mandy was the most beautiful person I've ever met...both inside and outside.  I was proud to be called her friend and be her maid of honor. I will always cherished the memories we made together.  It is our lost but heaven's gain. Peggy Kleinschmidt
