Mattelean McDaniel, born on March 7, 1929, passed away on March 6, 2017 at the age of 87. Preceded in death by her husband Rev. Charles McDaniel, Mattelean is survived by her son; Raymond A. McDaniel and wife Carla, daughters; Barbara Vela and husband Pete, and Jane Fox, grandchildren; Michael McDaniel, Dayna Clark and husband Glenn, and Jeremy Asher, and great grandchildren; Taylor McDaniel, Scott McDaniel, and Reagin Clark. Mattelean is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends. Visitation will be held at Cashner Funeral Home, in Conroe, Texas, on Tuesday, March 7, 2017 from 5:00pm to 7:00pm. Funeral service for Mattelean McDaniel will be held at the Cashner Colonial Chapel on Wednesday, March 8, 2017 at 10:00am with interment following at Garden Park Cemetery.
