Mike was born on July 23, 1955 in Butler, Missouri. He worked as a chemist for 37 years. He was a man of faith that was eager to share God’s love with others. He was a leader and known by many for his faith being forefront in his life, his humor, his generosity and his love for his family.
Above all, Mike was a devoted son, brother, husband, father, “Gamps” and friend. He loved woodworking, camping, duck hunting, fishing, playing and watching sports (especially the chiefs), singing to his wife, coaching his children, being goofy with his grandchildren, competitively playing board games, telling Dad jokes, learning to fly a plane and working on his ranch. He took great joy in spending time with his family. Those who know him will remember his love for God and his family.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 47 years Sally; children, Tim and wife Kelly, Jennifer, Holly and husband Jeremy; Grandchildren, Katelynn, Christian and Camden, Justine and Jessa, Kylee and Kynsley; Siblings, Lisa.
