Rene’ drove a school bus at Corrigan-Camden ISD in Corrigan, Texas for many years. Through the years she touched the lives of the students on her bus as well as the families that she drove for. As her grandchildren began to get involved in the high school band, she became a band booster and was then “Nana” to all of the band members. Everyone that knew “Nana” loved her and she soon became their “Nana” too. Family was very important to her. She loved nothing more than spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. In recent years, she found a passion for the “cruise life”. She would take every opportunity to cruise with anyone that was available ..and did so as often as she could. She will be missed by many but her legacy will live on in her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
The family will be having a private memorial service to celebrate her life on May 30th.
