Rene Louis DuBois, 41, passed into the presence of the Lord, September 19, 2010 in Houston, Texas. Born to Eugene L. DuBois and Nettie L. Mobly on November 20, 1968 in Dallas, Texas, he came to Conroe in 1977. He attended Conroe Christian Academy and Conroe High School. He was a carpenter who loved his work. Rene was well loved and will be sorely missed by his wife, Karen E. DuBois, son, Austin, and daughter, Dallis. He is also survived by his parents, Jim and Lynn Nelson of Conroe and Eugene L. and Becky DuBois of Kingwood, brother, Scott and Tracey DuBois and sister, Wendy and Guy Kerchner, all of Conroe. Also, surviving are his parents-in-law, Rev. John and Pat Terry of Conroe, sisters and brothers-in-law, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral services for the celebration of his life will be held Thursday, September 23, 2010 in Cashner Colonial Chapel at 10 a.m. Interment will be in Garden Park Cemetery.
