Ruby Salisbury

Ruby Kincannon Salisbury, 93, passed away peacefully in her sleep at her son’s house on January 26, 2018. She had a gift for decorating which she enjoyed immensely. She also had a great intuitive sense for fashion which eventually led her to working in retail clothing sales for many years. Mom was a great cook and holidays, birthday, or just a family get together was always a special treat especially with her knack for baking. Mom was also a great teacher. She taught her children about the finer things of life such as love, kindness, understanding, forgiveness and faith. She is preceded in death by her husbands, Charles Kincannon, SR., and Bill Salisbury. Ruby is survived by her children, Pat Creighton, Charles Kincannon, Jr., and Gary Kincannon; grandchildren, Brian Creighton and wife Staci, The Honorable State Senator Brandon Creighton, Joshua Kincannon, Keely Kincannon, Gary Kincannon, JR. and fiancé Jamie, Kraig Kincannon and wife Angeline; great- grandchildren, Brock, Bailey, Bryce, Presleigh, Cannon, Drake, Ruby, Roger, Brendan, Chase, Carson, Corley. The family wishes to extend their sincere gratitude to Virginia’s Hospice caregivers Crystal and lacey for their loving care, tenderness and understanding. Ruby Kincannon’s final resting place will be in Garden Park Cemetery in Conroe, Texas.
