Russell Roscoe Harrell Jr. passed away November 2, 2014 in New Waverly, TX. He was born October 14, 1927 in Chicago, IL to Russell and Garnelle Harrell Sr. Russell enjoyed hunting, fishing, wood working and the Chicago Cubs. He honorably served in the United States Navy and a member of the American Legion. Russell is survived by his loving wife of sixty four years, Deloris Harrell, daughters, Sharon Quarles and husband Charles, Toni Ann Orr and husband Steven, son, Alan Harrell and wife Catherine, grandchildren, Corey Whisman, Tarah Hoover, Kyler Orr and Christopher Harrell, great grandchildren, Chase and Arsenault Whisman, Lilly Whisman and Hadley Hoover.
