Sweet little Paw-paw, I love you so very much and will miss you always. I was very Blessed to have you as my paw-paw and a Great Grandfather to my kids, Great-Great Grandfather to little Landon. You have left us with so many memories I will Cherish forever. I never say goodbye, See you later.

I woke up this morning, lost. I miss you so much! I picked up the phone to call, and realized you were not there. I was going to tell you your medicine had been mailed, and just see how you were feeling. It will be a very long time before I realize that you have left me, but I know you are in a better place. I know you have probably already planted everyone a beautiful garden, and gorgeous rose beds for everyone to enjoy, with your magic touch. I pray you are watching over us, because we are the ones left down here in this place where their is so much evil. I will see you again soon, tell everyone I love them!!!! I love you now and forever, Deb

Paw pa, I am going to miss you. I am so thankful for all the wonderful memories I have of you. It is what will get me through this time. You were a grandpa like no other. The grandpa you didn't have to be but you were. You taught me a side of life that I appreciate more than you could ever know. A lot of people would have never imagined me in a garden, in a shrimp boat, fishing or sitting in a deer stand.  I've always just laughed and said, " Hey, I have always had the best of both worlds "...It's hard to realize the beauty of it all unless you get your hands dirty and all up in it.  Thank you for letting me do that.I wouldn't trade any of it, my memories are priceless. Thank you for all the gardening secrets and so much more that you taught me. And the stories you told, I will remember them always. You were always so funny, sweet and caring. And patient most of all. Who else would ride their grand daughter on a tractor for hours, till dark, determined to catch a wild rabbit. And you were my witness paw pa, that I DID  shoot that deer's tail in half ( by accident )... I know you are with mam maw now and ya'll are having a grand time. I can see your beautiful garden already in bloom. Save us a place with you, I know there will be lot's of flowers and beautiful waters. This isn't goodbye, it's we will see you later paw pa. I love you, always and forever

Our precious Daddy, we will miss you forever & will remember all you taught us. You were the love of our lives and we had a blast!! You were very unique in so many ways, so kind, so genuine, and so loving! You were always there for me and Oscar and I pray that we returned it ten time foe! Rest in peace and we will see you again in the big sky one day. Thanks for being our Dad! We love you so much!
