Alma is survived by her husband, Robert Lippek; children, Richard Moore and Lori Marrero, Daughter-in-law Stephanie Moore, and Grandchildren, Ashley Garrison, Blake Eller, Bryce Eller, Francesca Moore, Richard J. Moore.
Alma was born on November 8, 1948 in Bronx, New York to Cerbellon Marrero and Laura Sanchez. After moving to South Florida, Alma began working for the Broward Sheriff’s Office. Alma was a Deputy Sheriff for 28 years ending her career as a School Resource Officer. She loved her job and cherished the friendships she had built with the school officials she worked with as well as the community she served. Alma retired in 2008 to help raise her grandchildren. Her children and grandchildren will always remember her as a loving, kind, fun, driven, mother and grandmother who always encouraged them to work hard, never give up and always pursue your goals.
Alma was very creative and enjoyed decorating and making arts and crafts. She was the school project extraordinaire who had everything you could think of to create a late school project the night before it was due.
Alma was an active and dedicated member of Mary Help of Christians Catholic Church.
A service is scheduled for 11:00 A.M June 1, 2022 at Mary Help of Christians Church, with a Celebration of Life to follow at Kraeer Funeral Home. Monsignor Hogan will officiate the ceremony. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Alma’s life. Alma was loved by many and will forever be missed. Until we meet again you will forever be in our hearts.
Fond memories and expressions of sympathy may be shared at www.kraeercoralsprings.com for the Lippek family.
