Born in Marshalltown , Iowa on September 28, 1950.
Survived by his wife Judy, daughter Valerie ( Scott) 3 grandchildren, Erika , Jamie and Christian.
Sisters Marsha ( Gene) and Cindy.
Nieces and Nephews and best buddy Canine Companion Max.
Predeceased in death by parents; Dale C and Shirley B Hiatt and brother John.
Dale was President of D.C. Hiatt Trucking for many years until his retirement.
He loved working in his yard gardening, projects around the house and fishing with Max. He also enjoyed traveling in his motorhome to different destinations, always on the lookout for a new produce stand or farmers market.
He especially loved the holidays with his Grandchildren.
He was the cookie baker and they were the decorators!
