Miller, Frederick Vincent., MD, 60, of Coral Springs, passed away April 16, 2016. A Beloved Husband, Father, Brother, Son, Colleague & Friend. A Celebration of Life Service will be held Saturday, May 7, 2016, 10:00am at Church By The Glades, 400 Lakeview Drive, Coral Springs, FL 33071. Although flowers are beautiful, Frederick Would have encouraged heartfelt contributions to the Make-A-Wish Foundation of South Florida for which he was a long standing member of the Board of Directors.
