Guido was predeceased by his brother, Camillo Raducci, his sister Rosalinda Raducci DiBiase, and his infant son, David Raducci. He is survived by his wife Julia Raducci of 62 years and four of his children, Lori (Henry), Marc, Kevin (Kirstin), and Brian (Jennifer) Raducci. He is also the loving grandfather of eight grandchildren, Liana (Frank), Jordan, Laila, Lynsi, Lorenzo, Mia, Justin and Kelsey. In addition, he is survived by his sister-in-law (Mary Rose) and his brother-in-law (Joseph) and many wonderful nieces and nephews.
Guido was born in Guastameroli, Italy on October 22, 1931 to Philippo and Clementina Raducci. He immigrated to the United States when he was 14 and graduated from Philip Schuyler High School in Albany, NY. Soon after graduating high school, Guido began working in the grocery business, and eventually opened his own grocery store – Guido’s Handy Andy in Rensselaer, NY. Later in life, Guido worked at the Albany Airport as a parking attendant, and worked there until his retirement at the age of 80. He loved working with people and made many friends wherever he happened to be.
Guido married the love of his life, Julia Mullany on May 24, 1959 in Albany NY. Guido and Julia welcomed five children into this world, Lori, Marc, David, Kevin and Brian. Guido and Julia remained in Albany until 2011, when they relocated to Coral Springs, FL. Guido was a hardworking and accomplished man whose family meant the world to him. His family and friends remember him as being small in stature but having a larger-than-life personality that was adored by all and second to none. He was a kind and gentle man who shared so much with all those he knew. He will be greatly missed by all those that he touched. In a world today that is longing for light, for those of us who had the privilege to know and love him, the days seem a bit dimmer without his smile and personality to brighten them.
