Mulligan, James E., 66, of Parkland, FL, passed away November 13, 2011. He was born February 20, 1945 in Binghamton, New York to James Mulligan Sr. and the late Barbara Delamarter Mulligan. Those left to cherish his memory are his loving wife, Maria Zafarino Mulligan, father, James Mulligan Sr., sister-in-law, Michele (Douglass) Nicholson, brother-in-law, Anthony (Anne Marie) Zafarino, nephews, Sean Mulligan, Ryan Mulligan and his beloved "kitties", Doc, Snowball, Boris and Natasha. A Memorial Service will be planned for a later date.
