Jonathan Andrew Tornincasa

Jonathan is survived by his daughter, GiaBella (5); his parents, John and Laura; his maternal grandmother, Joan Miller; his siblings, Matthew (Cassie), Nicholas (Ashley), and Victoria. He was a beloved uncle to Aiden, Angelina, Ariana, Archer, Cecelia, Alexis, and Josephine. He is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents Arthur and Beatrice Tornincasa, and his maternal grandfathers, Andrew Kotarsky and Tom Miller.

Jonathan was born on February 12, 1982, in Plantation, Florida. He graduated from St. Thomas Aquinas high in 2001 and attended the University of North Florida and Broward College. He worked for years helping his Uncle Chuck at Allinson Pool Care. Jonathan went on to become a licensed HVAC technician and worked for several AC Companies. He suffered a stroke in 2020 and lost the ability to utilize his right hand which ended his HVAC career. He spent time after that trying to learn how to invest and trade options on a regular basis. He enjoyed fishing as well as a good game of spades. Jonathan had an incredible sense of humor and loved to tease his nieces and nephews. Uncle Jon could scare the heck out of them with his impression of the Walking Dead, one of his favorite TV series. We will all miss him dearly.

A viewing/wake is scheduled for December 8, 2021, at Kraeer Funeral Home in Coral Springs from 5:00 to 8:00 P.M. A mass for Jonathan will be held on December 9, 2021 at Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton, 11:00 A.M. In lieu of flowers, a college savings fund has been set up for GiaBella; please contact the family if you’d like information.
