Smiling, this is how I remember my grandmother and now it is how I remember her daughter, my beautiful Aunt.  Nothing ever beat you Aunt Laurie, certainly not some pathetic disease.  You walk with the Lord now and you are healthy, you are so healthy....and you are smiling right along with grandma.  I love you both and I am glad your together with grandpa watching over us.

Sister's by chance, friends by choice.  Even though we were not born into the same family, God placed us together when I married your brother and He knew what he was doing.  You made our lives so much richer just by being a part of them. We have all lost so much with Laurie's passing.  I have never known a more gentle, loving, non-judgmental, accepting and strong women.  She always thought of others before herself and gave unconditionally.  She showed incredible strength in the toughest of times.  Words cannot describe how much I'll miss Laurie but every tear shed is an abundance of love I feel for her.  Thank you Laurie for all that you have taught me.  I will love you always.
