Maria Turco Henderson

Maria is survived by her husband, Donnie; children, Brooke, Baylee, and Tanner; and siblings, Steve, Vicki, and Frank. She is preceded in death by her parents, Frank, and Frances Turco, of Cooper City, FL.

Maria was born on March 28, 1966, in Long Island, NY to Frank and Frances Turco. She graduated from Cooper City High School in 1984. Her daughter Brooke was born in 1986. She later married Donnie Henderson in 2004 and was blessed with two bonus daughters, Baylee, and Tanner. Maria has had a long, successful career as a Finance Director in Commercial Real Estate. She was an extremely smart and driven woman who worked very hard to achieve her goals. Maria and Donnie were rarely found sitting still, her love of creating memories with her family and friends was always evident. Her children remember her as a gentle, patient, and strong mother who always encouraged them to pursue their relationship with the Lord and their goals. Maria was such a special wife, mother, sister, aunt, cousin, and friend who was very much looking forward to the day that she could become a grandmother.

Maria was an extremely generous individual who loved her family and who was passionate about her relationship with Jesus. She was an active and dedicated member of the Church.

A Celebration of Life is scheduled for 10am on October 2, 2021, at Coastal Community Church. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Maria’s life. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to Coastal Community Church at 6800 N University Drive Parkland, FL 33065.
