Calderon, Robert, 69, of Coral Springs, passed away January 1, 2015. Robert was born August 30, 1945 in New York, New York to the late Louis and Lena (Arresti) Calderon. Robert served his country honorably during the Vietnam Conflict in the U.S. Air Force. He had a passion for dogs, he enjoyed playing golf, traveling to Thailand with his wife and he loved all New York sports teams. He even took on a new hobby of baking. He was predeceased by his sister, Irene Caligiuri. Those left to cherish his memory are his loving wife of 43 years, Pranee, daughter, Amy Calderon, son, Louis Calderon, grandchildren, Jaeden Smalls, Justin Smalls, brothers, Alan (Pam) Calderon, Michael (Linda) Calderon and brother-in-law, Michael Caligiuri. The family will receive friends on Sunday, January 11, 2015, 1:00 - 3:00pm at Kraeer Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 1655 University Drive, Coral Springs where a Celebration of Life Service will begin at 3:00pm with Rabbi Loring Frank officiating.
