Beloved husband of Rachelle (Prud’Homme) Carriere of Cornwall and formerly to the late Gloria (Height) Carriere. Loving father of Brian Carriere (Wendy Quesnel) of Avonmore, Bonnie O’Byrne (Randy), Mildred Montroy (Wayne) both of Cornwall and Cindy Flaro (Ronald) of Applehill. Dear stepfather of Michel Regnier(Linda) of Navan, Hélène Regnier, Jean-Denis Regnier (Judy), Louise Regnier (Yvon Bourbonnais) all of Cornwall, Stephane Regnier (Judy) of Glenco, Lilliane Veenstra (David) of Long Sault and Francois Regnier of Cornwall. Proud grandfather of several grandchildren and great grandchildren and one great great grandchild. Dear brother Jeannine MacDonald of Lasalle QC. Predeceased by brothers Wilfred, Peter, Robert Carriere and sisters Dorina Leroux, Dalila Carriere, Gabrielle Carriere and Lily Chenier. Dear son of the late Albert Carriere and the late Elida (D’Aoust) Carriere. Resting at Lahaie & Sullivan Cornwall Funeral Homes, East Branch, 614 First Street East (613-933-2841) from 2 p.m. Wednesday. Funeral Thursday March 29, 2012 for Mass of Christian Burial in Blessed Sacrament Church at 11 a.m. Interment Notre Dame Cemetery. The family will be in attendance on Wednesday from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. and Thursday from 9 a.m. until the time of funeral.
