BAILEY, JUNE- Longtime resident of Cornwall, died Friday, March 31, 2017, at Heartwood Long Term Care Home in Cornwall. Born June 7, 1928, daughter of Joseph Faubert and Lina Elderbroome, June passed away peacefully in her sleep and has joined her much loved husband, George, who passed away in 2000. June is predeceased by brothers Morris Faubert, Herbert Faubert, Joseph Faubert, and Richard Faubert. Also sisters Pearl Bickerstaff, Dorothy Poszanyi, Lilian Steinberg and Beulah Backstead. June will be lovingly remembered by son Eric Bailey, son Jimmy (Charlene) Bailey, daughter Debbie (Bob) Leblanc, daughter Kim (Jamey) McTavish and son Chris (Bobbi) Bailey. Also remembered by granddaughters, Kelly, Shauna, Erin, Sarah and grandsons Greg, David, Jamie, and Scott and 9 great-grandchildren. There will be a private graveside service for the immediate family at Woodlawn Cemetery, 540 Cumberland St., Cornwall at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be sent in June’s name to the Canadian Diabetes Association.
