PIDGEON, Rita – On Wednesday October 7, 2015. Rita (Ladouceur) of Cornwall; age 92 years. Beloved wife of the late Aldema Pidgeon. Loving mother of Viviane Pigeon (late Marcel) and Pauline Walker (David) of Cornwall. Cherished grandmother of Suzanne Gravel (Alex), Mike Delorme (Cathy), Kevin Pigeon (Julie) and Kim Pigeon. Dear great-grandmother of Natacha Gravel (Zachery) and Kylie Pigeon and great-great-grandmother to Noah Knox. Dear daughter of the late Herminie and the late Anna (Samson) Ladouceur. Survived by sisters Edna Carriere (late Gerald) of Cornwall and Lucille Boisvenue (late Rene) of Alexandria. Predeceased by brothers Ernest, Leo, Floride and sisters Beatrice, Lucienne, Loretta and Ida and infant siblings, Joseph, Anita, Eva and baby Lucille. Resting at LAHAIE AND SULLIVAN CORNWALL FUNERAL HOMES, East Branch, 614 First Street East (613-933-2841) from 2 p.m. Monday. Funeral Tuesday, October 13, 2015 for Service in the Memorial Chapel of the Funeral Home at 11 a.m. Interment, Notre Dame Cemetery. The family will be in attendance Monday from 2 – 4 p.m. and 7 – 9 p.m. and Tuesday from 9:30 a.m. until time of Funeral.
