Barbara Jean Goletz (nee Waterman), age 74, of Demotte, IN passed away Thursday, March 19, 2015. She is survived by her three children: Lynn Jager, Laurie Goletz and Allen (Ljiljana) Goletz; eight grandchildren: Diana, Rhonda (Dan), Valerie, Nicki (Rick), Dawn, Ryan, Christina and Sarah; ten great grandchildren; three great great grandchildren; one sister, Diane Wielgorecki; one niece; and two nephews. Mrs. Goletz was preceded in death by her husband, Walter; and son, William. She was retired from the City of Harvey, IL (water department). Memoral contributions may be made in Barbara's loving memory to the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, March 25, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 8178 S. Cline Ave. (one-half mile south of U.S. 30) Schererville, IN with Shawn Cornett, Minister officiating. Interment will be held at Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens, Schererville, IN.
