Irmgard was born February 26, 1949 in Bonstadt, Germany to the late Rudolph and Ottilie Sehorz.
Surviving is her beloved husband of 48 years, Richard Koerner, her children Diana (Daniel) Herbst and Lisa (Duane) Cher, her grandchildren Danny, Drew and Dillon.
Irmgard was a loving wife, caring mother, and doting nana. She took pride in her work as a data collector for twenty years at Information Resources. She enjoyed cooking, gardening and making everything beautiful for her family. Most of all she adored and spoiled her three beautiful grandchildren.
Visitation will be on Friday, November 14, 2014 from 3-8 pm at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home(8178 S. Cline Ave.; Schererville, IN 46375). Private family burial will be at a later date.
