Lisa Suzanne Leep

She is survived by her husband of 13 years, William E. Leep; daughters, Kaitlyn and Savanna Leep; mother, Mary Panero; sister, Lora (Ed) Mercado; niece, Samantha Mercado; mother and father in law, Harry and Bonnie Leep; sisters in law, Pam (Bruce) Pondo, Debbie Ensweiler, Beverly (Kevin) Burgess and Linda (Aaron) Mooney; nieces and nephews, Chelsea, Andrew, Kasey, Stephanie, Katie, Kimee and Keith and many dear friends.

Preceded in death by her father, Robert Panero; nephew, Alexander Mercado and her grandparents.

Lisa was born on June 25, 1974 in Tampa Florida and was a 1992 graduate of Lake Central High School and went on to earn her BA degree in Psychology from Purdue Calumet. On May 21, 2005, she married the love of her life, William Leep and together they have two children. Lisa was a longtime active member of the First United Methodist Church of Lowell. She was a kindhearted, generous friend to many and was always willing to help others. Lisa enjoyed baking with her girls, gardening, crafting, scrapbooking and serving the Lord. Lisa was a loving daughter, sister, wife, mother and aunt and will truly be missed by all whose lives she touched.

Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, November 7, 2018 at 7:00 PM at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home (8178 Cline Avenue Crown Point, IN) with Rev. Rick Jones officiating.

Interment to be held privately by the family at Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens Crown Point, IN.
