Ronald J. Turczi

Ron was born on February 1, 1949 to the late John and Ann Turczi. He served in the United States Army and was a Vietnam Veteran. Ron was a retired Pipefitter for LTV Steel. He was a graduate from Morton High School. He enjoyed hunting and fishing, but his greatest joy was spending time with his family.

Ron is survived by his lifetime partner, Judith Cycak; his daughter, Nicole Turczi; his step-daughters, Stacey (Lenard Mores) Beason, Shelly (Rolando) Rivera, and Tammy Cycak; his step-son, Eric Cycak; his grandchildren, Brandon (Rachel) Beason, Kayden (Cassidy) Beason, Eric Cassello, Liliana Rivera, Rolando Rivera II, Isabella Rivera, America Cycak, and Eric Cycak, Jr.; and great-grandchildren, Brayden and Bentley Beason; his brother, Wayne (Lois) Turczi; his nephew, Matthew Turczi; his dearest cousins, Bernadine (Gil) Cusson, Lorraine Kobe, Carl (Dolly) Cada, and Suzzane Serafin; and his fur baby, Lukas.

A visitation for Ron will be held Monday, October 6, 2025 from 10:00 am until the funeral service at 12:00 pm at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 8178 Cline Avenue, Crown Point, IN 46307. Interment immediately following at Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens.
