Thomas is survived by his loving wife of 34 years, Sandi (Frazee) Johnson; son, Chase (Tricia) Andrisko; parents, Thomas J. Johnson, Sr. and Joan (Hickey) Johnson; siblings, James S. Johnson, Jennifer Johnson (Mike Durham), Jessica (Mario) Ruggeri, and Crystal (Scot) Watson. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
A music enthusiast, Thomas had a deep passion for playing guitar and an enduring love for muscle cars.
In accordance with his wishes, there will be no formal services. Cremation was entrusted to Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 8178 Cline Avenue, Crown Point, IN 46307.
Thomas will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
