Wally Klaubo

Wally is the loving husband to Wilma Klaubo; beloved father to Jeff (Jane) Klaubo, Lorrie (Arthur) Antkowiak, Michael (Shelley) Klaubo, and Alison (Edward) Dewes; cherished grandfather to Jeffrey (Megan) Klaubo, Kathy (Thomas) Gerritsen, Eric Antkowiak, Matthew (Keyera) Antkowiak, Hannah (Laci) Klaubo, Ashton (Kaitlyn) Klaubo, Zachary (Rhonda) Dewes, Tiffany (Andrew) Elliott and Jacob Dewes; great-grandfather to many; fond brother to Sharon, Shelley, Denise, Tracie and the late Rebecca; uncle to many.

Wally honorably served in the United States Army, serving in Germany from 1960 to 1963. He retired from Clean Harbors Trucking Company. After retirement, Wally was ordained by The Black Oak Church of Christ, where he and his family were members for many years. He was also an active volunteer for the Griffith VEST team. In his spare time, Wally enjoyed fishing and being outdoors. He enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.

Visitation will be Saturday, August 17, 2024 from 11:00 AM until the time of his Funeral at 2:00 PM at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 8178 Cline Avenue, Crown Point, IN 46307.
