Linda Lyons Beer

67, of Plano, Texas, passed away on November 28, 2013. Linda was born on September 3, 1946 to Luther and Glennis Lyons. She was an avid reader and embroiderer. She loved animals, being on her social media, or researching genealogy. She is survived by her loving husband of 37 years,Stephen Beer; mother, Glennis Lyons; brother, Larry Lyons and wife Barbara; son, Gantry Wilson and wife Anna; stepdaughter, Danette Beer; grandchildren, Anysa and Tristan Wilson, and Brie'An Drypolcher. She will be missed by a host of extended family and friends around the world. Visitation for Linda will be Tuesday, December 3, 2013 from 6-8 PM at Ted Dickey West. Service will be Wednesday, December 4, 2013 at 10:30 AM in the Chapel at Ted Dickey West with interment to follow in Plano Mutual Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Best Friends Animal Society 5001 Angel Canyon Rd, Kanab, Utah 84741, Guiding Eyes for the Blind 611 Granite Springs Rd, York Town Heights, New York 10598, or charity of your choice.
