Bill was born on February 14, 1945, and spent his early years in Scranton, Pennsylvania, where he attended Scranton High School. Upon graduating, he proudly joined the United States Air Force, beginning a lifetime of service to his country. He spent his life devoted to his family, friends, and the things he loved most. He was known for his quiet strength, sense of humor, and willingness to help anyone in need.
Bill proudly served his country for 24 years in the United States Air Force as an Airframe and Powerplant mechanic. He took great pride in his work, ensuring aircraft were safe and mission-ready, and carried a deep love and respect for his country throughout his life. Later in his career, Bill worked for 18 years with the City of Plano as a Facilities Maintenance Mechanic, where he was known for his dedication, skill, and strong work ethic.
Bill had a lifelong love of classic cars, especially his beloved Impala and Nova. He could often be found in the garage, tinkering under the hood, polishing chrome, or talking cars with anyone who shared his passion. Working on his Impala and Nova brought him great joy, and he took pride in every detail. To Bill, those cars were more than a hobby; they were a reflection of his hard work, patience, and love for the simple things in life.
Above all, Bill loved his family. He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend. He leaves behind countless memories of weekend drives, stories shared in the garage, and the steady love and support he gave so freely.
