Mr. Christopher Marlin Cole

Christopher Marlin Cole 1965 - 2011 Christopher Marlin Cole, born in Bakersfield California April 28, 1965, passed away in Bakersfield California November 29, 2011. Having grown up in Delano California, Chris was a resident of Kern County most of his life with the exception of living in Oxnard California. Coastal living was great to Chris, he enjoyed living and working there, not to mention the times he was able to spend deep sea fishing which was one of his favorite past times along with hunting. If you knew Chris you knew how he loved to reminisce about friends and family. He was great at it and the stories usually always included him getting you to laugh. Chris was loved by his family. He was preceded in death by his Grandparents who he enjoyed the fondest memories of, Bud and Helen Cole, Chuck and Geneva Rozell; Great-grandparents, Leonard and Minnie Williams and Mercedes Byrnes. He is survived by his children, Carol Charlene Cole and Christopher Cole, II. His Mother Carol Turley and Dan. His Father A. Sterling Cole, Jr. and Janie. Brothers, A. Sterling Cole III (Kristen), Justin Cole (Diane), Andrew Bud Cole (Alicia), his sister Stephanie Cole (Mike Morton), Nephews and Nieces: Lauren Gil, Carly Gil, Jonathan Cole, Wesley Cole, A. Sterling Cole IV, Reagan Cole, Shelby Cole, Kelly Cole, Sierra Cole, Jackson Cole, Justin Cole. His Aunt Kathy and Uncle Cecil Zimmerman, also Richard Vasquez, Eric Vasquez and Erica Cole. Cousins Cecil and Shannon Zimmerman, Michael Zimmerman, Matthew Zimmerman, and many more family and friends. Visitation at Delano Mortuary Sunday December 4, 2011 4:00 to 8:00pm. Mass and rosary will be at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Delano, CA., Monday, December 5th, at 10:00am. Chris, you are no stranger to the rain and peace shall be your friend.
