Consuelo Nadal Raguindin

CA, surrounded by her family due to a brief illness. She was a native Delano, CA and also lived

in Vallejo and Fairfield, CA, where she loved life and raised her family.

Connie will be lovingly remembered by her children Roger Jr. and his husband Michael of

Bakersfield, Juliet and her partner Joseph of Rohnert Park, Kalem and his husband James of

Sacramento, Dolores and her fiance Mark of Fairfield; two grandchildren Mark Kelly II and

Baldomero Headley. She is also survived by her brothers Ronnie Nadal, Sr, Frank Bacus,

Raymond Bacus, Larry Bacus, Taji Bacus, several in-laws, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Connie was a beloved wife to the late Roger Raguindin, Sr. She is also preceded in death by

her parents Mignon and Esther Garcia Nadal; parent in-laws Melchor and Maria Raguindin; five

brothers; Anthony Sr., Baldomero, Robert Sr., Michael Sr., Alfred Nadal, one sister Felicitas

Walker, and two brother in-law’s Von Lucas, Sr. and Agapito Raguindin.

Connie grew up in Delano, CA and attended Delano High School. She eventually moved to the

Bay Area where she resided for most of her life and raised her family. In her professional career

she retired as a Metallurgist from Mare Island Naval Shipyard after 33 years and State Fund

California. Her civic duties included being a member of Mare Island Navy Yard Association and

Pasuquino Organization of Northern California. She was also a proud member and Elder of the

Tejon Indian Tribe. While retired her favorite past times included going to the casino, crocheting,

working on puzzles and spending her time with her grandchildren.

Visitation will be held at Delano Mortuary, Delano, CA on Thursday, July 30, 2020 at 12 pm - 4

pm. Burial will be at North Kern Cemetery District, Delano, CA on Friday, July 31, 2020 at 1 pm.

Following the burial, please join our family to celebrate Connie’s life at Rancho Tapia, 607 Road

152, Delano, CA. Masks will be provided and worn at services, social distancing will be

practiced.
