Joey is survived by his mother Hortencia Torrez and his children Anthony Torrez, Josh Torrez, Miranda Torrez, and Vincent Torrez.
A visitation for Joey will be held Saturday, December 18, 2021 from 11:30 AM to 4:00 PM at Delano Mortuary, 707 Browning Road, Delano, CA 93215, followed by a rosary from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM.
