Pat was born in Salado, Ark. to Raymond and Marie Swindle. She moved to Delano, CA as a young girl with her parents and sister Lou. She graduated from Delano High School in 1954. Pat had a daughter Pamela with her first husband David Dyar. In 1962 she married George L Hiett and they had two daughters Shelley and Erin. George preceded her in death in 1997. She worked as the Business Office Supervisor at Delano High School and retired from there in Oct 1994.
Pat is survived by daughter Pam (Duane) Britschgi, Fox Island, WA, daughter Shelley Molica, Delano, CA, and daughter Erin (Aaron) Papazian, Salinas, CA. Also survived by grandchildren Jennifer (Scott) Miller, Kym (Tom) Bowen, Ryan Britschgi, Mark (Silvia) Molica, Dustin Molica, Sean Molica, Bret Molica, Tyler Papazian, Averi Papazian, Drew Papazian, and five great-grandchildren.
Viewing will be Thursday July 16 from 4 pm to 8 pm at Delano Mortuary. Graveside service will be Friday July 17 at 10 am at North Kern Cemetery District in Delano.
