Richard Fletcher

Richard is survived by daughter Carrie Seay; father Wayne Fletcher and mother Maxine Fletcher; brother Mike Fletcher; grandson Braxton, granddaughter Jordyn and granddaughter Addie.

Richard was preceded in death by grandmother Lula Fletcher.

A chapel service for Richard will be held Saturday, March 20, 2021 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at Delano Mortuary, 707 Browning Rd., Delano, CA 93215. Following the chapel service will be a committal service from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at North Kern District Cemetery, 627 Austin St., Delano, CA 93215.

Serving as pallbearers are Evan Fletcher, Mike Sevier, Gary Draeger, Garth Salmon, Rodney Salmon, Kenny Woodruff, Lillard Hill, Lester Ingram and Ken Parrish.
