

Eugene, 62, was born to Larkin and Winnie(Foster) Hyatt on September 17, 1953 in Dequincy, La. He passed away in Lake Charles, Louisiana on April 1, 2016. He went to heaven to be with his daughter, Carissa Hyatt, a great grand-daughter, Mia, his parents, brothers, sister and nephews.
Left to cherish his memory is his wife Dora, children Larkin "banger" Hyatt, Katie Seaux and husband Wilton "Biscuit". Eugene will be remembered by his brothers Lynn Foster and wife Patricia, Frank Hyatt and wife Vickie, and James Hyatt and wife Jeannie Fay. One sister Lou Ann Hyatt Clark and husband Ted Ray. He has 8 grandchildren Maci, Noah, Madilyn, Kallie, Jax, Lauren, Wilton, and baby Seaux on the way. He had one great grandson, Cameron. there will be many memories of hunting, driving, and fishing shared among all his nephews, neices, and cousins.
Eugene worked in the timber industry for many years and enjoyed being in the woods rather it be hunting, fishing, riding around, or keeping up the tradition of camping the opening weekend of squirrel season so he could prepare his squirrel and dumplings. He spent many years on the river with his family and enjoyed relaxing on the river banks. The old back porch of Eugene's house will never be the same without him sharing time with his brothers and cousins watching the traffic in the early mornings.
There will be a graveside service at Hyatt Cemetery Tuesday, April 5, 2016 at 11:30am. Hixson-Snider Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
