William Billy R Weldon Sr.

Mr. Weldon was a member of Northside Baptist Church.

Survivors include wife, Johnnie Weldon of DeQuincy ; one son Pee Wee Weldon of Pitkin; two daughters, Tish Weldon of Pitkin and Vivian Doyle and husband Wayne of DeRidder; two brothers, James(Jim) Weldon and wife Shelia of Ragley, and David Weldon and wife Toledo of Sulphur, La.; six sisters, Kaye Galliano of Pitkin, Earline Weldon of Pitkin, Delores (Sis) Thompson of Sulphur, Delaris (Dumpy) Landry of Sulphur, Audrey Ortego and husband Gilbert of Denham Springs, La.,and Nettie Voisin and husband Louis of Houma, La.; 4 grandkids and 11 great-grandkids.

Mr. Weldon was preceded in death by daughter Ann Abshire, son Joey Weldon, brother Kenneth Weldon, sister Ivalee Bishop and parents, Ross and Bessie Weldon.

His funeral will be at Northside Baptist Church on Wednesday December 14, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. The Bro. Ray Clark and Bro. Wayne Lacaze will be officiating.. Burial will be in Oak Grove Cemetery in Hornbeck, La. under the direction of Hixson Snider Funeral Home of DeQuincy. Visitation will be on Tuesday December 13, 2011 at Northside Baptist Church from 5:00p.m until 10:00 p.m.
