Carol Harlow Montgomery, age 85, of East Lansing, Michigan passed away on Wednesday, August 31, 2022 after a brief battle with cancer, with her daughter by her side. Carol was born July 8, 1937 in Philadelphia, PA. She retired from the State of Michigan, Department of Lottery.
Surviving are her children, R. Michael Montgomery, Stephen Montgomery, and Susan (Mark) Wohlfert.
