Charles was born on December 13, 1933, in Laingsburg, Michigan to the late Ray and Loereta Scott. He proudly served his country with the Army. Charles married Mary Louise Korienek on November 21, 1964 in Lansing, Michigan.
Charles retired as a draftsman for MDOT after 47 years of loyal service. A devoted member of St. Therese Parish, he was the Head of Buildings and Ground Council for many years and also assisted on the Finance Council. He enjoyed fishing, woodworking, and playing solitaire.
Beloved husband of Mary Louise Scott; proud father of Michael Scott and William Scott; and is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and extended family members. Charles was preceded in death by his parents, Ray and Loereta; and brothers: Elbridge, Oliver, Robert, Eugene, Arthur, Roy, Harry, and Ronald.
At this time, the family has chosen to remember Charles privately.
