Dennis Moffitt

He was a lifelong member and church leader of Looking Glass River Church/Faith Church DeWitt Campus where he served on the board for many years. He worked for C.J Rogers for 28 years as general superintendent and project manager of Mazda of Flat Rock, Mitsubishi of Bloomington, IL, Subaru of Lafayette, IN, Honda of Marysville, OH. In 1994, he started Moffitt Construction with Travis and Brandon, which is still in operation. He loved to hunt, fish and work in his flowers and yard, which was beautiful, but his grandchildren were his passion.

He is survived by his wife Linda; children Michelle (Michael) Fisher, Travis Moffitt, Brandon (Dena) Moffitt; grandchildren Stacey (Steven) Malinoski, Trevor (Hallie) Fisher, Gannon Fisher, Dylan, Jared and Kassidy Moffitt, Bailee and Evyn Moffitt; brothers Robert (Carolyn) Moffitt, Thomas (Virginia) Moffitt; sister Carolyn Moffitt and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be from 4-8 pm on Fri, Feb 24 at Gorsline Runciman DeWitt Chapel, 205 E. Washington DeWitt. Funeral service will be at 2 pm on Sat, Feb 25 at Faith Church Eastwood Campus, 2300 Lake Lansing Rd. Lansing.
