Gary Lemoine Bennett of Haslett, MI was born on January 29, 1946 in Lansing, the son of the late Engel and Donelda Bennett, and passed away February 6, 2018 at the age of 72. He proudly served as a U.S. Marine in the Viet Nam War.
Gary loved to fish and camp. Most of all he loved spending time with his family, especially his great grandkids.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and great granddaughter, Torey Lee. Gary will be lovingly remembered by his wife, Judy Kay Bennett; stepsons, Bryan (Jamie Gates) Megill; stepdaughter, Michelle (Scott) Deyarmond; grandchildren, Jessica, Brad (Kim), Brodie and Taylor; great grandchildren, Aubery, Jagger, Trinity, Delaney and Oliver; brother, Roger Bennett; and sister, Jana Kittlson.
A memorial service will be held at 1:00 pm on Friday, February 9, 2018 at Gorsline Runciman Funeral Homes, 205 E. Washington Street, DeWitt, MI.
