Harold Cunningham

You are my sunshine, age 81, died April 26, 2011; born November 19, 1929 in Fowler, Michigan. Mr. Cunningham was a member of the Liedkranz Club of Lansing and was a Veteran of the Korean War. He had a great sense of humor and a big smile. He cherished his wife of 57 years and took pleasure in raising 3 children with great love and devotion. He loved spending time with his grandchildren, enjoyed teasing them, and putting a smile on their faces. He was preceded in death by his wife, Beverly Cunningham and brother, Leonard Cunningham. Surviving are his daughter, Beth Corn; 2 sons, Mike (Linda) Cunningham and Gary (Mary) Cunningham; 8 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; brothers, Gerald Cunningham and Don (Sue) Cunningham; sisters, Mary Ellen Scott and Loretta Kappler. Funeral services will be held Friday, April 29, 2:00 PM at the Gorsline Runciman Funeral Homes, 205 E. Washington, DeWitt with the Rev. Dan Wilkinson of the First Baptist Church of DeWitt, officiating. The family will receive friends at the Chapel Thursday from 6-8 PM. Those desiring may make contributions to the Family or Heartland Hospice, 865 S. Cedar, Mason, MI 48854 in memory of Mr. Cunningham.
