James Lowe Mangold of Bath, Michigan, born April 24, 1961, passed away December 24, 2014. James loved his family and enjoyed his friends. He liked his country music, was very patriotic, and loved MSU football. He was preceded in death by his father, Mackinley; brothers, Randy and Johnny; and sisters, Kathy and Vickie. Surviving to cherish his memory are his wife, Sandra (White) Mangold; daughter, Jaimie (Zac Fraser) Mangold; son, Daniel (Sarah Westgate) Gilchrist; beloved grandson, Damian Mangold; mother, Sue Crawford; special brother, Richard (Angie) Mangold; five remaining siblings and many nieces and nephews. A memorial visitation will take place from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 30, at Gorsline Runciman Funeral Homes, 205 E. Washington, in DeWitt. In memory of James, those desiring may make contributions to the family for Damian’s education. The family is being served by Gorsline Runciman Funeral Homes DeWitt Chapel.
