Jerry was preceded in death by his father Joseph. Surviving are his wife of 26 years Rae Gene Frederickson, children; Chris (Crystal) Jones, Shawn (Monica) Kirchen, Kimberly (Dale) Schissler, Angela (Dave) Ashley, Carolyn (Jerome) Hunt, Jared (Courtney) Frederickson, sixteen grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, Jerry's mother Ruth Philips, step-mother Joyce Waller, brothers; Jeff Philips, Darin Frederickson, Keith (Sherri) Rouse and his sister Jolene (Noel) Burkitt.
Jerry proudly served his country as a member of The United States Marine Corps during Vietnam. He worked for General Motors for 37 1/2 years and will be remembered for his love of family. Jerry was known to carry his guitar everywhere he went. He enjoyed playing horseshoes, being outdoors and spending time with his grandchildren.
