Marilyn Grace Troy

Marilyn Grace Troy, age 92, of Lansing, Michigan passed away on Monday, July 29, 2024. She was born on April 13, 1932, in Lansing, Michigan to Frank and Allene (Bollman) Green. She graduated Lansing Eastern High School in 1950. For the last few years, Marilyn was living at the Gunnisonville Meadows Assisted Living Facility.

Marilyn is survived by her daughters, Jane (Charles) Gibbard of DeWitt, Diane Fox of Lansing, and Sue (Robert) Mote of Bath; grandchildren, Jamie (Joe) O’Connor of Swartz Creek, Charles Gibbard of DeWitt, Christopher (Erica) Fox of Lansing, Aaron (Amanda) Mote of Bath, and Amber Mote of Clawson, Michigan; great grandchildren, Gracelyn O’Connor of Swartz Cree, Amelia O’Connor of Swartz Creek, Gabriela Fox, Rae’Lyna Fox, Evianna Fox, MadiLyna Fox, Christiana Fox, and Avery Mote; and sister, Carol Kocsis of Lansing. She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald; daughter, Donna Graves; and her parents.

Marilyn was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles and enjoyed bowling, playing on a league for many years. What she loved most was spending time with her family.

A private family service will be held and interment will take place at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.
