Nancy Lynn Alverson

Nancy Lynn Alverson (Zink), age 69, born November 18, 1952 was called home to be with the Lord on December 15, 2021 following a bone marrow transplant. Nancy grew up in Port Huron and went to Port Huron Northern High School. She was a member of Northpointe Community Church and attended regularly with her husband.

Nancy is survived by her husband, Quentin Alverson; sons: Kevin (April) Zink, Nathan (Jessica) Zink, Pat (Kerry) Rose, Matthew (Julie) Alverson, and Mark (Jennifer) Alverson; sisters: Terrie (Alan) Wilks of Dyersburg, TN and Gail (Pat) Robinson of Jarrettsville, MD; brother-in-law, Richard Hickman of Avoca, MI; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Daniel and Fern Angerbrandt; and sister, Kathy Hickman.

The family will greet guests for visitation from 3:00pm to 5:00pm and from 7:00pm to 9:00pm on Wednesday, December 22, 2021 at Gorsline Runciman Funeral Home, 205 E. Washington, DeWitt. Funeral services will be held at 11:00am on Thursday, December 23, 2021 at Northpointe Community Church, 505 E. Webb Dr., Dewitt. Visitation from 10:00am until time of service.
