So many memories!  We grew up with you Uncle Jr and loved the farm and all of the work and fun things we did.  We learned so much from you and grandpa and grandma. Farming,  family fun, and   we learned to love the land.  The reunions we had in the shed, the crafts we worked on, the times we just sat and talked and watched the corn grow.  It was the best!  Gator rides to the woods and tractor rides when we were kids are all tucked away to remember as time goes by.  Thanks for the memories  !  I love you and miss you!  

Ray,  what can I say, I miss you, all the days spent cutting and splitting wood with you and Tom Loveland, and occasionally Denis.  You and Tom were the two big brothers I always wanted and needed.  Thanks for everything. R.I.P.

Raymond (Jr) to me, was more like a brother to me. When he came home from the Army, he purchased a new John Deere 60 tractor and we did custom work together. He lived his whole life on the farm, farming it. He liked to have visitors and let everyone hunt on his land. He had several friends that would come and use his work working tools and make things in his wood shop for the wood we would have have the sawmill saw from logs that we cut in the woods. 
He was a very giving person. 
He will be missed!

Ray was a kind soul. Always smiling and ready to tell you stories. I had the privilege of hunting his land with my mom for over 16 years. I grew up in his woods watching and learning about wildlife and just sitting a listening to the woods. He was always ready for a phone call saying we got another deer. He would either show up with the gator and help us get the deer or would let us go get the gator and use it. I always enjoyed talking with him about farm stuff and his wood working skills. You could always find him in the barn either working away or just sitting back and hanging with his dog. I will miss him very much! 

It was always a pleasure to visit Uncle Jr.  He was always ready to laugh, poke fun at us and talk about wood working.  So many great memories with him at the farm:  family dinners for every holiday, riding on the tractors,  the scary drive on the gator to the pond, breakfast after hunting on opening day and breaking the corn crib with my cousins (he was not happy about that).  Most of his dogs liked only him and I think he liked it that way.  We will miss him.

Ray was the sweetest soul I have ever met!  We had allot of good conversations and shared many memories out in his wood shop.   He let my boys and I hunt deer and turkeys for many years.  He would even come back and help get the deer back to the barn.  I could sit and listen all day to the farm stories he had.   We are going to miss you so very much!  Many prayers and hugs to the family!  

Ray was my neighbor for 35 years. He was always willing to lend a hand or a tool or to offer advice on a project. We cut and split a lot of wood in his younger days. He loved his land, his dogs and his family.
