William was born on March 6, 1941 in Charlotte, MI to Bernard and Inez (Randall) and died in Lansing, on June 20, 2012 at the age of 71. For the past 10 years William had been a volunteer with the Sparrow Clinton County Hospice. He was very community minded and served on both the Bath Township Housing and Planning Commissions. William loved to travel and one of his favorite destinations was visiting Mackinaw. He adored his pug dog Chloe, who was a constant and faithful companion. William is preceded in death by his parents and leaves to treasure his memory loving wife Doris, daughters; Lisa (Wil) Wilson and Kimberly (Scott) Kriek; son Adam (Maggie); seven grandchildren, D.J., Torie, Dayna, A.J., Emily, Sadee, Zachary; several great grandchildren and sister Phyllis (Judson) Richardson.
